HELLO! I INTRODUCE MYSELF

Hello! I introduce myself. As the biography says: I am an empanada, as we say in Spain (someone who is a bit clueless) . If you tell me come, I don't know. But if you tell me food, I go without thinking.
I am a person who lives in the clouds (of sugar, of course) and I say "What?" at all hours. 
I am a person who believes that food brings people together, creates interesting discussions and true works of art, makes people fall in love (or at least helps) and ... What was I saying? I don't know, I'M AN EMPANADA

 

For this reason, I created La empanada: so I can share and bring my passion for (vegan) cooking from a balanced, relaxed and healthy perspective.
